"ROC – On the Line": 30 years of risks and rewards in one of motorsports' most unique contests.

Race Of Champions (ROC) announced today the distribution plans for a 48-minute production featuring the premier personalities and memorable action that have made the annual RACE OF CHAMPIONS a defining event for drivers and global audiences. Available to a number of international markets through Apple iTunes, Apple TV, Amazon, Google Play, Vimeo and Motorsport.tv starting December 15, 2020, On The Line is the first in a planned series of documentaries from ROC and provides personal accounts of the role risk plays at the top level of sport. It takes viewers from the early days and influence of the World Rally Championship through generations of superstars from Formula 1, NASCAR, Le Mans, IndyCar, before putting the spotlight on the emerging talents coming up through the ranks of sim racing. Viewers hear first-hand from Sebastian Vettel, David Coulthard, Tom Kristensen, Jeff Gordon, Jimmie Johnson, Sebastian Loeb, Travis Pastrana and many more of the champions that have left their mark on the world of racing. “For a long time, we’ve wanted to tell more of the ROC story. This is just a taste of it, our first dive into more than three decades of archived footage,” said Race Of Champions co-founder, Fredrik Johnsson. On The Line will be made available through additional streaming platforms and in a number of translations.
